John Parco, Soo Thunderbirds Head Coach comes to talk to Dave about the previous weekend games and the upcoming weekend games in the long three game road trip up north.
Dave, Justin and Dane continue the show talking about the NHL with the Toronto Maple Leafs updates and reaction from previous games, Mitch Marners contract, Freddy Andersons terrific Vezina like season, along with other hot topics in the NHL. The show also includes the famous Multiple Choice segment which hits many hot topics, and MLB updates.

Marie, Ontario as host Dave McCaig and co-host Brad Coccimiglio from SooToday.com discuss the world of hockey include the Team Canada in the World Juniors, Don Cherry, and the Finns winning the Gold.
They also talk local hockey, including the Soo Greyhounds status leading up to the trade deadline, along with the Soo Thunderbirds, Soo Eagles, Lake Superior State University Lakers and Sault College Cougars. Other topics discussed include the NHL All Star Game format and the Algoma University basketball make some history over the weekend.

Highlights of this edition include...Overall, the win marked the Detroit Lions fifth shutout all-time against the Packers and their first since doing so at home on Oct. 28, 1973. They did not turn the ball over in Sunday game. This marks the seventh game this season that the team did not turn the ball over, the most single-season games with a clean turnover slate in franchise history. Surrendered only six rushing yards to Packers running backs. Forced the Packers to punt on their first seven drives of the game. In addition the Lions produced three-straight three-and-outs to open the contest for the second-straight game...along with other sports topics from the Metro Detroit and sporting world.
