Dave McCaig and Justin Hykel open the show from Sportscenter disc.ussing promotions at Sportscenter and touching on local sports to open "In The Pocket". Jamie Antonello also joins the show to discuss the local football scene in particular with the NOSSA Championship win with Korah and Superior Heights, along with discussing the Northern Bowl and OFSAA preparation for the Senior Korah Colts.

Dave and Justin continue "In The Pocket" with quick reaction about week 10, along with providing preview and predictions for upcoming week 11 in the NFL. They also dive into two round table discussions regarding Cable/TV stream services along with NBA Toronto Raptors update.

Next up Team Brad Jacobs joins Dave and the crew at Northern Superior November 14th, Thursday at 7:15pm.

Soo Eagles vs Elliot Lake 11-9-19

The Eagles put up a mind boggling 73 shots and Ryan Gilmore earned his first shut out as an Eagles, as they blanked the Wildcats 4-0 to get back to the .500 mark on the season.

LSSU Women's Basketball vs Alderson Broaddus 11-9-19

Here is the podcast of Saturday's broadcast of Lake Superior State University women's basketball game against Alderson Broaddus on ESPN 1400 with Scott Nason and Becky Schwesinger.

The Lakers earned their first victory of the season with a 84-77 as all five starters scored in double figures.

The Lakers next action will be on Saturday, November 16th against Hillsdale at 4 p.m. on ESPN 1400.

Soo Eagles vs Espanola 11-8-19

They also discuss the NHL scene, with Zdeno Chara reaching 1500 games, Evander Kane money troubles in Vegas, full Canadian team plus Red Wings and Blue Jackets round up, following news of all NHL teams in particular with the Boston Bruins and what is the best division in the NHL.

David McCaig and Matt Premo open up at Sportscenter , Soos best sports bar for 4 years in a row discussing weather implications in sports, particularly with football.  Dave and Matt are joined by Jamie Antonello to discuss the local Football scene. Matt and Jamie spearhead this segment for the most part with discussing JR and SR local Football NOSSA games this upcoming weekend for Jr Superior Heights and Sr Korah.

The panel continues "In The Pocket", with discussion surrounding the NFL in regards to the Lions, Black Cat running on the field and predictions for this upcoming week in the NFL. The final part of show has just Dave and Matt discussing a random topic of choice, which leads into "load management" based on the news of Kawhi sitting out for load management if this is beginning to be an issue, along with discussion about the Toronto Raptors updates and upcoming games.

Next up, Northern Superior at 7:15 pm on Thursday, November 7th.
