Dave McCaig opens the show with "In The Pocket", with Dane Hancherow and making his Sault Ontario debut, EJ Russell as they discuss pro football and upcoming matchups and predictions, along with NCAA Playoff talk.

Connor Henderson joins Dave and Dane to discuss the world of baseball, with new signings around Gerrit Cole, Anthony Rendon, Tanner Roark and discussion about the off season and if the payroll in place with the MLB needs to be changed?

Dave and Dane complete the show with discussion about the return of Kawhi to Toronto, and discussion about Peter DeBoer being fired as the San Jose Sharks head coach.

Next up for the show is tomorrow, Thursday, from Northern Superior Brewing Company at 7:15 p.m.

Tate Besteman scored 17 points for the Bulldogs in their 53-39 win over the Bays.

The Bays won this EUP Conference opener with a 44-37 win at Rudyard.

LSSU Men's Basketball vs Ashland 12-5-19

Here is Thursday's broadcast of the Lake Superior State University men's basketball game against Ashland on ESPN 1400 with Scott Nason.

The Lakers torched the nets all night, shooting 62% from the field, as they topped the #10 team in D2, 99-69. Xande Okerlund posting a team-leading 31 points in the game as he finished the game 12-for-12 in field goals, four-for-four in three pointers and three-for-four on free throw attempts.  The Lakers improve to 4-3 and 1-0 in the GLIAC.

The Northern Superior Edition of "The Game", with a combination of the Sportscenter edition as well, as host David McCaig is joined by Alex Parr, Dane Hancherow and Justin Hykel.

The boys give a local recap with the Soo Greyhounds, LSSU Lakers, Soo Thunderbirds, Soo Eagles, Blind River Beavers and Sault College Cougars along with NHL discussions focusing on the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Canadian World Junior camp for Team Canada.

LSSU Women's Basketball vs Ashland 12-5-19

Here is Thursday's broadcast of the Lake Superior State University women's basketball game against Ashland on ESPN 1400 with Scott Nason.

Ashland, the #6 team in the nation in D2, topped the home team 85-55 at the Bud Cooper Gymnasium. Rebecca Villanueva scored 14 points to lead the Lakers who drop to 3-3 and lose their first conference game of the season.
