The panel jumps into updates around the NHL, regarding trades between the Flames, Sabres, Senators and Canadiens, All-Star discussion and much more. Dave and Justin get into updates around the MLB including rumors and chat about the Blue Jays.

The round table includes a variety of topics in reference to the NHL, including Taylor Hall, Oskar Lindblom, Springfield Thunderbirds rocking alternate jerseys, full Canadian team reaction and much more. The Canadian crew will be off until January 2nd, when they return to Northern Superior. The USA version of the show will not be taking the holiday off, they will be back this upcoming Monday at 6 p.m. on ESPN 1400.
