Butch Davis and EJ Russell join the show to talk about the Detroit Sports scene and the Round Table, where they all discuss the Super Bowl, LeBron James, Zion and their thumbs up and thumbs down for the week.

Soo Eagles vs Espanola 1-31-20

Here is the radio broadcast of Soo Eagles hockey on ESPN 1400 and the audio broadcast on Hockey TV from Friday night's NOJHL contest between the Soo Eagles and the Espanola Express, with Scott Nason and Larry Pozzebon.

The Eagles would bet a goal in the third period to skate away with a 3-2 win over the Express. Also included on the broadcast is an interview with former Soo Eagle and current Ferris State Bulldogs net minder, Carter McPhail.

Jamie Antonello joins the show to kick off the "In The Pocket" segment, discussing the local Sault Ste Marie news updates, along with Antonio Brown reaction, Pro Bowl reaction with a full preview of the upcoming Super Bowl between the Chiefs and 49ers.

Dave and Jamie jump into NBA update, with extra discussion about Kobe Bryant in terms of his number being retired and changing the NBA logo. Christine Sinclair is also discussed to conclude the show, with her record breaking goal.

Highlights of today's show include...Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas,Ca. Sunday morning. Gianna Bryant, Kobe’s 13-year-old daughter, was one of the four passengers killed in the crash. Bryant played his entire 20-year career for the Los Angeles Lakers and won five NBA championships. He was named Finals MVP twice and league MVP in 2008. Bryant was 41.
