Highlights of this edition include...The Tigers beat the Pirates, 3-2, in Game 1 of Wednesday's doubleheader.  
Tigers lose Game 2 to Pirates, 7-2. Man City is denied its bid for a second-straight UCL final appearance, while Real Madrid gets a rematch with Liverpool and can claim another double.   Man City lost 3-1 to Real Madrid after extra time of a UEFA Champions League semifinal second leg on Wednesday in Spain.

Highlights of this edition include...Detroit Red Wings made it official the day after the season ended: Jeff Blashill is out after seven years as head coach.  The team made it a clean sweep, including assistant coach Doug Houda and goaltending coach Jeff Salajko.  48-year-old Blashill was 204-261-72 ( .447 winning percentage) since being promoted in June 2015.

Highlights of this edition include...Tigers starter Tyler Alexander on Sunday. With two outs in the first, he gave up an RBI single. With two outs in the third, he allowed a two-run home run. And with two outs in the fifth he gave up a two-run single.  Those make-or-break at-bats were the difference, as the Tigers fell 6-2 to the Colorado Rockies at Comerica Park.

Soo Eagles vs Soo Thunderbirds 4-23-22

Here is the broadcast of the Soo Eagles Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League game against the Soo Thunderbirds, from April 23, with Scott Nason and Rob Horn, on News Talk 1400 and Hockey TV.

The Soo Thunderbirds completed their 4-game sweep of the Soo Eagles in the West Division Finals, as they skated away with a 5-2 win in front of almost 1000 fans at Pullar Stadium on Saturday night. The T-Birds will play either Hearst or Timmins in the NOJHL Finals starting in May.

We will be back in September for the next season of Soo Eagles Hockey on News Talk 1400 and Hockey TV.

Sault vs Frankford 4-23-22

Here is the broadcast of the Sault High baseball game against Frankford, in the final of the Frankfort Tournament from April 23, with Dave Watson, on 1230 WSOO.

The Blue Devils won the Tourney, with a 7-0 win over Frankfort, as Jonah McShane pitched the shutout.

Sault vs Elk Rapids 4-23-22

Soo Eagles vs Greater Sudbury 4-13-22

In Game 5 of their best-of-seven West Division Semifinal, the Cubs stay alive and force a Game 6 in Sudbury on Friday, as they skated to a 5-2 win Wednesday night at Pullar Stadium.
