The University of Detroit Mercy men's basketball team started the game on a 12-0 run and never looked back as the Titans routed the Charlotte 49'ers, 70-49, on Wednesday afternoon in Calihan Hall.  The win was the 400th in the career of head coach Mike Davis.   Graduate senior Antoine Davis led the way with a game-high 26 points.

The Game Sports Show Canada records it tribute show to Scott Nason. Hosted by David McCaig Jr, joined by E.J Russell and Daniel Scarpino sharing memories of the heartbeat of The Game Sports Show whom passed away unexpectedly September 29, 2022.

David shares updates about The Game Sports Show future and tales between him Scott, with many points on Scotts affect to the World. Daniel joins to discuss how he met Scott and how Full Time started, lastly, E.J Russell joins to confirm the tales of how he became one of the Four Original Horsemen on The Game Sports Show, along with memories of Scott as well.

Scott Nason Tribute - aired and recorded by News Talk 1400 AM

This is The Game Sports Show USA, heard Monday’s 6pm-8pm on News Talk 1400 AM. This episode however comes with the agenda of a tribute to the heart beat of The Game Sports Show, one of the founding fathers of The Game Sports Show and host of The Game Sports Show USA edition, Scott Nason.

Scott Nason, whom unexpectedly passed away on September 29, 2022, this is the first recording since his passing. This tribute edition was hosted by Sovereign Communications Director Matt Pocket. Matt was joined by close friends Paul Van Wagoner, Butch Davis, Rob Horn and David McCaig Jr.

This recording was on October 10, 2022. The funeral was held for Scott on October 11, 2022 at C.S Mulder in Sault Saint Marie, Michigan, United States.

Paul and Butch were on the first half hour of the show with Matt, David and Rob for the second half hour, as well with Matt, Rob and Butch concluded the show with Matt.

Please don’t hesitate to share your memories in the show comment section. Also, there will be a “The Game Sports Show” Canada tribute edition on Monday, October 17, 2022 pre recorded and uploaded by Monday evening. Recordings of The Game Sports Show will be resumed in the future, but is paused for the remainder of this week to the exception of this tribute editions.

The Blue Devils fell for the first time this season, losing 7-6, to fall to 4-1 on the season.
