On this Monday Night edition of "The Game", we have our debut show on ESPN 1400 WKNW in Sault Ste. Marie. Scott Nason starts the show recapping the local sports scene with Matt Pocket, Sports Director of Sovereign Communications discussing the upcoming high school football schedule, along with LSSU Athletics and the upcoming local sports season.
Dave McCaig joins the show next, to discuss the Soo Steelers and Sabrecats playoff games this past weekend, Algoma U hiring a new basketball coach, and junior hockey going into next season, including the Eagles and Thunderbirds rivalry.
Butch Davis of "Butch On Sports" joins the show to discuss the Detroit sports scene, including the Tigers struggles, Lions Training Camp, Pistons, Red Wings, College Football and the WWE.
EJ Russell joins the crew for the second hour round table, where they discuss the upcoming NFL season, MLB at the Trade Deadline and the Fortnight World Cup, along with NBA news and their Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down for the week.
